Boarding passes :(
Just nervous before the trip, not a question.
Flying Lufthansa, the fist leg is United. I've registered with Lufthansa filling out the passport info. Now cannot get the boarding passes: need to do the same for United. All sorts of interruptions at work, will have to do it at home. I JUST CANNOT WAIT :)) If they sell tickets for each other, why don't they share the info? Or maybe I don't want them to share my info? Hmmm.... |
How many legs do you have?
|
Working properly? None :)
2 legs each way, only the first one United. |
You have to check in with UA. Then all the info will be passed on to whatever other airline you are scheduled with.
|
Don't count on it being passed on. I have had it happen where the first flight is there the ones in the middle are nowhere to be found.
It has been my experience with Luft\United that neither knows what the other is doing, and in many cases they have a computer set up that does not talk to the others computers. |
I am back, got passes for the first leg - United in San Francisco, had to check in in Frankfurt for Lufthansa to continue on to Venice, FRA reminded me of Los Angeles - or maybe they just had a bad day mid-week on Wednesday?
At least our suitcase was checked in all the way through, and got safely to Venice. And if there was anything negative, I don't remember any! |
