I booked a reward ticket on US Air and Thai Air going to Vietnam. I am having problems viewing my reservations on both websites. I called US Air and was assured that my flights are confirmed, but when I called Thai Air, their offices are closed for the weekend.

Has anyone had any problems with these websites viewing their reservations? This is very disconcerting because I was told that I have to check in on line with Thai airlines in order not have to wait on lines at LAX.

Very frustrating.

when are you leaving? What are the flights? Can US Air give you the PNR for the Thai Air flights? Are they code shares? More info would help.

I have both record locator numbers for the flights and they not code shares. I don't leave for another month, but I like to have "my ducks in a row" so nothing goes wrong.

I sent an email to Thai Air, but their offices will be closed on Monday due to a holiday, but I also sent an email to their Los Angeles office. I do have my seat assignments but I would like to check in on line, so I can print my boarding pass and not have to wait in LAX

if you're not leaving for another month why are you posting here that Thai Air not open on weekends? Not like we can do anything, and you're not stranded anywhere. ....

if you can't see the reservations I would ask whoever ticketed you for the TICKET number, then you should be able o verify the flights etc.

Go to thaiair.com and click on the "Check Your Booking" button in the bottom left. On the next page enter your Thai reservation number and last name then click on Display. See what happens!
