Anyone used 1-800-flyeurope?
 

This link was just sent to me. Fares, like airfare.com, where I was going to book before I read all the horror stories, are low.

Anyone used them or know of them?

I am still leaning toward biting the bullet and booking direct with the airline to minimize possible problems....

Have not used them but they are affiliated with Auto Europe which is a very reputable company used by many on Fodors.

I used them, got a really good fare, no problems, but I did not earn ff miles.

They were recommended by Frommer's in an email I received from them, that's how I came to use them.

I've since checked their rates and have been able to beat their prices so I haven't used them but once.

I've used them many times. Highly recommend. They are wonderful on the phone.

I just booked our Italy trip with 1800flyeurope.

They were very helpful and professional.

The price for the same flight, same airline (swiss intl) was $328 less through them.

Hopefully all will go well with everything. I have heard they are an OK airline, and Zurich is not too bad to connect through.
