Anyone ever flown the British airline FLY.BE?

Daughter is going to get her masters degree next year in Southampton England and we noticed quite a few flights with Fly.Be airline. Anyone ever flown it and what were your impressions? It has really great pricing and flies to alot of great cities around Europe.

It's another low costs airline - perfectly respectable, just read the rules, watch the luggage allowance

No better or worse than any other low-spec airline.

Worth remembering, though, that there are frequent trains from Southampton to Gatwick, which has even more lowcost flights to far, far more places (flybe has a bit of a bias to Western France and Iberia). And that a lowcost's destinations now are a limited guide to its routes (or even existence) in a year's time. Depending where she's living, worth checking cheapo flights from Bournemouth too.

We saw their planes at Shannon airport and I think Edinburgh. They were turboprops but decent sized, new looking planes.

World largest operator of the Bombardier Q400. Also have some Embraer E-195 jets.
