Airside lounges at HKG: recommendations?

Later this month I will have a 9 hour layover in HKG between an overnight flight from PER and a 15 hour flight to YYZ. I will be flying economy on Cathay Pacific and don't have FF status with them. I notice there is at least one pay-in lounge with sleeping accommodation and I have stayed once with one that had showers but no nap rooms. I couldn't find a lot of details online. Has anyone had experience with the various options? Would I need a reservation?

You choices are Plaza Premium, Plaza Premium and Plaza Premium. Not kidding. All three locations are airside.

Yes, if you want the "private sleeping area", you should make reservations.

And it's not cheap HK$600 for 3 hours and HK$100 for each additional hour. With that much time, you should contact Regal, Novotel and SkyCity Marriott and see if they have day rate.

Thanks, rkkwan. Ia there any difference in the three locations?

I'll take a look at day rates as you suggest.
