AIRFARES FROM U.S. TO PARIS - JUNE

Can anyone recommend a site or airline whose fares are far below $1,000+ coach round trip, departure time +- 6/18; returning 7/1?

From where?

Would you consider some other dates? 6/18 is a Friday, usually very expensive just because it's a Friday.

Mon, Tue, Wed are usually the least expensive.

Also, London is usually somewhat cheaper(more competition). Catching a low-cost airline to Paris from there may/may not work out better, but it's an option. Would you consider that as an option if you saved some major money? It may involve changing airports.

Anyway, please, when asking these kind of questions, the posters should be more specific.

Who knows? maybe somebody will know some great deal if they knew details.

If you're flying from NYC, BA is showing fares of just a little above $700 per for your dates, but from Tampa the lowest I could find on any airline is $1200 for the same dates.

So, you could see how important knowing the departure city is.

Depart Phoenix, AZ
Arrive Paris (CDG)
I'm open to making a change to save $$$.
Thank you for your helpful hint re: supplying more detail.

If your are set on your dates of travel try booking on Priceline. They usually have better prices than what is published. Just make sure you are set on your dates because once you purchase on Priceline there is no changes allowed.

I checked Hotwire, which will do it on these dates for $772.

My experience is that the best fares are available between four and two months before the flight, so I think you should keep looking through February and March until you hit a price you like.
