Air Malaysia vs Jet Airways from Singapore to Delhi?

I'm going to be flying from Singapore to Delhi (and back in) May. My three choices are on Jet Airways, Malaysia Airlines, or Air India.

Don't think I want to chance Air India, so deciding between the other two. The prices are the same, but the schedules are a bit better on Malaysia. Have been very satisfied flying Jet domestically in India; is it as nice on their foreign routes? I know nothing about Malaysia Air.

Any thoughts on these two airlines?

Malaysia Airlines you would be connecting via KL so would not be non stop, some Jet Airways flights are on their 737-800's others are on their wide body A-330, you did not mention Singapore Airlines, is that becuase of 'price'?
If Jet is non stop and you already know their service I would perhaps stick with that.

Malaysia Airlines. They are often voted "Best cabin crew" by Skytrax. I've flown Jet domestically and have no complaints but MAS would be far more superior.
