Air Canada or Alaska - which one!

Similar flights ( economy) - which airline would you choose to fly? Any reasons to pick one over the other?

I have flown economy on Air Canada and first class on Alaska. The food on Air Canada was a miniscule bag of crackers--but it was a fairly short flight. Dinner and breakfast on Alaska were delicious. The Air Canada plane seemed newer and over-all nicer, and my sons who rode in coach say Air Canada is better. Space probably was the same.

Alaska wins hands down. Used Air Canada many times and Alaska four times.

I found the service on Air Canada recently to be worse than most major U.S. airlines, if you can imagine that!

I just booked Alaska! Thanks for the info.

Thanks for getting back to us. Not too many posters who ask questions here get back to thank or to tell what they decided to do. Have a nice trip wherever you go.
