? about bulkhead seats on Air Canada

Will be flying from Vancouver to Honolulu, HI this winter. I reserved my seat- bulkhead, aisle. I heard that there is more legroom. Is the truth on Air Canada, or should I change my seat. I am not that fussy where I sit. Thanks.

You sound pretty fussy to me.

Bulkhead is OK but I would go for an exit row. If they are flying 767's it show be row 12 or 13. Check the web. You end up with even more leg room.

Checked Air Canada's website. Yes they are using 767's. I am in row 12. It is a exit row. Similar to an airbus? 3 seats in the middle, two seats on each side.

Yes, I think that is the configuration. If you go to the AC website, check the flight number and airplane, the actual seat config will be displayed. As I recall the 767 was 2-3-2. Similar to Airbus. I really like the 767, failing that I much prefer any Airbus to the Boeing product with the exception of course of the 747.

I checked Air Canada's website. The seating arrangements are 2-3-2 for the 767. I am sitting in the row with the two seats. Thanks for your help!

Go for one of the seats on the sides (2). Lots of leg room, seem to be more than in the middle. Forget about seeing the movie however. Seems the LCD screen they have is not angled so you can actually view the movie.

Watch out for exit row seats - on many Air Canada planes, they don't recline (which would be brutal on a flight from Vancouver to Honolulu). You'd be better sticking with a bulkhead seat (although you risk spending the flight with crying babies, since they often put families with infants in those seats).
