The MileSAAver Peak USA-Europe went up from 50k to 60k.

the MileSAAver off-peak remains at 40k.

AA's off peak used to be before May 15th and after September 15th. I was trying to do a late September / early October 2009 itinerary and all dates show 60,000. Have tried Madrid, Zurich, Milan.

If you look at AA's award chart:

You'll see that MileSAAver off-peak runs October 15-May 15.

You'll need to change your trip to after Oct 15.
