2 hours connecting flight by same airline company at JFK: is it enough?

Jump to last reply

Hi, I'm travelling from London to JFK airport, then JFK to ATL and I have 2 hours to change flights, will that be enough? I'm checking in a luggage, and hold an international (non-US citizen passport), am I correct in thinking I'll have to go through immigration and re-check in my luggage? I'll also be arriving at 5.15pm sometime in mid march, is that a busy time for international arrivals? Both of my flights are operated by the same airline (DELTA) and I'll be arriving at and departing from the same terminal.
