Au contraire! I just looked into this site, and before it will let you proceed, it wants to know if you are from: Europe, Latin America or the Pacific. Doesn't seem to be a valid "Go" for N. Americans....or did I miss something?

Although the web site survey doesn't provide a button for "North America," clicking on any of the other geographies activates the survey form for data entry , submission and 1000-mile deposit into your Mileage Plus account. All that is needed is a valid Mileage Plus account number.

Yes, Kat is correct. Perhaps this is bending the rule but United doesn't seem to mind.
