1-Hour connection at Heathrow
I fly from Dublin to Tel Aviv vie Heathrow.
All my flights with British Airways and I will have a connection of 1 hour.
is that enough? I think that because I will check in to both flights at Dublin they will wait for me to get the flight IF I will not arrive at time, is that true?
Both flights departures from Terminal 1

T1 ROI to T1 International Minimum Connecting Time is 60 minutes - so it's doable, wouldn't recommend it though as it's unlikely BA will hold the plane - if they did they'd lose their take off slot which at Heathrow WOULD mean a significant delay

No, they wouldn't hold the flight. They'd put you on the next available flight - which might not be the same day. That is a 'legal' connection but would be too short for my comfort . . .

Of course not. If they did that everytime a person was late nearly every flight leaving any hub would never depart on time.

Thanks for asking this - I have a similar 'issue', but my flight is from Munich to Edinburgh via Heathrow with a 65 minute connection, both flights with BA. This makes me nervous for sure, but at this point, not nervous enough to pay to have the flight changed.
I suppose my situation is a little better in that there are presumably many more LHR-EDI flights than there are flights to Tel Aviv. Good luck!
