We are going to PAR from BOS late in April..only one plane a day to PAR when we need to go. Do you think we should book now or wait? ...
Same question ?? for our first leg, SAN to BOS leg altho that one seems to be going down. The first is really the most puzzing.
I appreciate all your help.

loisco - I know you're been wondering about this flight for a while, and I guess you just haven't received any definitive answer. The reason is that there's simply no definitely answer about "when" is the best time.
If you are inflexible with the dates and must get the non-stop, then buy now, if the price isn't too bad. What fares are you seeing now? If you have some flexibility, then you can wait until around February or so.
No one can tell you for sure. Prices may go up or go down.

That's high for a April fare to Paris. But again, the problem is that it's one specific flight you want.
So, can you get a lower price to Paris regardless of flights? Sure. Will you get a better price for this flight? Not sure. Ask yourself how upset will you be if you have to connect for a $700 (all-in) fare? If not upset, then wait. If you'll be upset, even if that saves you $200/person, then you may want to book now.

RKkwan..
I assume this means flying from another city?...like NY?
To answer duty free..we are going to see a new grandchild in Boston. We are in our 70s and we really do try and do the easiest thing...

Well at least I know we have options..right now I think we will just book it. We have an apt/hotel booked in Paris and have to be there the 25th. I want to thank you for all your help.
Just to warn you, lol, we are going to London in the Fall. I hope not to bother you before then.
