Zimbabwe: ITV1's "Lion Country" documentary to air on Wed 05 May

British conservationist, David Youlden, is spearheading a radical project at Zimbabwe's Antelope Park, in order to save Africa’s iconic predator, the lion. The “Rehabilitation and Release into the Wild” programme aims to develop the natural hunting instinct of captive lions, ensuring their continuing survival in the wilderness. Acacia Africa's 7-day Rediscover Zimbabwe small group safari and ITV1’s “Lion Country” documentary features the reserve: to air Wed 05 May at 19:30 (GMT). Two of the Antelope Park's unique adventures includes the "night encounter" and elephant swim.

Antelope Park and ALERT is bogus "conservation". They do breed lions to get them a human imprint in order to abuse for human entertaintment.

ALERT and Antelope park won't get tired to "convince" the public of their goodwill............some believe but foremost in their own very selfish interest: to walk wild lions and cuddle them.
Before one joins such interaction - just start thinking of where those lions end up.........certainly not at Lion retirement home!

David Youlden might be anything but certainly not a conservationists for the animals sake!

Anybody who really cares about the African lion and it's survival in the wilds should boycott the circus!
