The first iPad App (to the best of my knowledge) has just been released by Wilderness safaris and from the 15 minutes I played with it, is very good. I am surprised that there are no real safari oriented iPad Apps yet, and outfits like &Beyond have not developed them. Given the tens of millions of iPads sold, its an important marketing miss, in my view.

It is a great app, and I had fun using it when it first came out a few days ago. Smart marketing move.

Couldn't find this app by entering "wilderness safari" or any combo in the iTunes app store. How does one get a copy?

However, you are correct- it seems to have been removed from the U.S iTunes store- strange?

I can't get the link to work from my IPad. A box pops up saying my request cannot be completed. Most odd.
