Hi Johan,
Thanks.......Kwara? That's good news for Kwando. He is a hard working guide. THat pic of him, was when he just started out with Wilderness. He went out of his way to help find game, when it was tough. However, i hv requested for Doctor at Kwara, but will be nice to see moses again.

Johan,
I hv been counting the days, for sometime now.....luckily, the rest of this month is going to be hectic with work next week and then towards the end of the month, where my cousin's wedding comes into the picture and it is one looooong event (5 days). Once i get thru that, i will get into the home stretch.

Very nice pictures Hari. When you go to the Kwando camps in August - remember to tie up the dogs (with plenty of food and water), so I get to see them in Novmeber I know that I have just got back from a safari but I am really looking forward to my first ever visit to Botswana. Although Mombo is not on my itinerary.

I've been told that when it comes to the skill of the guides, Kwando is the place to be. I will be in Botswana for 4 weeks and it includes stays at all 4 Kwando properties. As both of you have been to these camps (except Kwara Island), what are the best rooms at each camp? Do they have honeymoon tents?
Thanks
Gaurang

Gaurang,
Hi! Answered your question, in the other thread regarding guides.
Kwara has a honeymoon tent....but, i think Lebala has the better rooms among the current camps.
The lounge areas in both Lebala and Kwara are great for game viewing. Kwara has 5 male elephants in front of the deck every evening.
