NG23A - does this Botswana concession exist?

Recently I saw a map of the Okavango Delta in a publication of the Okavango Delta Management Project. The map was produced for the Tawana Land Board in Maun. On this map I found a new concession - the name is difficult to read, but it looks like NG23A.

NG23A is located in the most southern part of NG12 (Gudigwa/Mapula), bordering NG23 (Kwedi West/Duba Plains) and NG24 (Jakotsha/Jedibe). The size is about 90 square kms.

Has anyone ever heard of NG23A? Does this new concession already exist, or is it just in a planning stage?
