Mauritius-where to stay for a honeymoon?

Jump to last reply

I am trying to help my daughter and son in law plan their Mauritius honeymoon for October and need help. They have secured their airfare but have two full weeks there and are trying to decide how to divide up the trip as they would like to stay in several areas to tour.
Does anyone have any recommendations for towns near the ocean on the east coast;northwest coast and the southwest coast near the national park? They are looking at more 3/4 star places as places that are $600-4,000 a night aren't in their budget. Any tips for vacation rentals or resorts that aren't full of kids would be greatly appreciated!
