Johannesburg airport hotel recommendation for two adults with one teenager

HELP! I cannot seem to locate a hotel that has either two double beds in a room, or a two room suite for a reasonable price so that we and our 14 year old daughter can stay in the same room/suite. We seek 3 star clean, safe and quiet hotel for one night stay. Would like hotel to have an airport shuttle. Your help would be appreciated!!

Try the Metcourt Laurel in the Emperor's Palace (which is a complex containing 3 hotels, many restaurants, a conference center, and casino). I've stayed there, the place is nice, the rooms large, there were two double beds in the room, about $100, free 10-minute shuttle to & from the airport.

We stayed at the Airport Sun and it had two double beds. Also a swimming pool and the food was good. The price almost doubled in one year, but it was convenient, free shuttle and a restaurant on premises

Also recommend Metcourt Laurel, just like rickmck says. Stayed there last Sept, will stay again this Sept.

I stayed at City Lodge near the airport in November, 2008, and it met the criteria of being close by, having a shuttle (small fee), having two queen size beds (I believe) in the room, being clean and pleasant, and being quiet inside. The food available in the evening was what you might get in a sports bar, but limited offerings. Subsequently, I have read that the chain is building an entire new facility in the airport, so you should check what is happening. There is an unbelievable amount of construction all directions around the airport. I would stay at City Lodge again. ZZ

The Emperor's Palace just opened a new three star hotel last month, Peermont Metcourt. It is in the same complex of Metcourt Laurel. Free shuttle is provided but I am not sure about the bedding.

Thank you all for your replies. It seems like most of the hotel reservation sites indicate "king bed or two twin beds". That has been very confusing. So in Africa, does "twin beds" mean "double beds"? I think "twin bed", I think only one person is going to sleep on it. Whereas a "double bed" is for two people who want to get close.
