From Nairobi to Samburu is about 250-300 kms,the road is rough and you need a 4 by 4 vehicle, also to masai mara and Amboseli, generally roads outside Nairobi are terrible and tiresome,Samburu to Mara is about 4-5 hrs drive, then Nairobi to Amboseli is about 11/2hours.Naivasha is 1 hr drive from Nairobi.
There are flights fromNairobi - Samburu - Masa mara too,so it will depend on the means you want to use.Air+road or road. You will also enjoy the luxury accommodation of Serena lodges in Masai Mara,Samburu and Amboseli.you have arranged the program well.

FYI - Drive time Nairobi to Samburu is north for 6/hrs, the last 1+/hr on a terrible road. From Samburu to the Mara is south probably 12/hrs on terrible roads. The Mara to Naivasha is back north by 4-5/hrs. And, from Naivasha to Amboseli is easily 6-7/hrs. Zig-zagging... ugh!

The routing is terrible with too much time spent on terrible roads. If you want to visit the same parks, I'd suggest this routing:
From Nairobi
Day 1 - Drive (4/hrs) to Amboseli
Day 2 - Amboseli
Day 3 - Drive (4/hrs) to Nairobi; drive (2.5/hrs) to Lake Nakuru or Naivasha
Day 4 - Drive (6/hrs) to Samburu
Day 5 - Samburu
Day 6 - Fly to Masai Mara
Days 7-9 - Masai Mara
Day 10 - Fly to Nairobi

1 Depart by road to Larsen's Samburu
2 - Full day at Larsens
3 - Depart by road in central Kenya and go by road to sweetwaters sanctuary
4 - sweetwaters tented camp
5 - nakuru and stay at flamingo hill camp
6 + 6+8 Mara Serena Lodge
9 +10 - keekorok lodge
11 - return to Nairobi by air

I would like to have comments about this new itinerary.
Regards

Still some long drives, but if you don't wish to fly, it is what it is.

In the Mara, however, Serena Lodge and Keekorok Lodge are not that far from one another. Maybe consider instead of a second a lodge, a tented camp in the Triangle area... such as Kichwa Tembo, Fig Tree or Sarova Camp.
