That's quite a broad request.............
What about buget and interests?
- diving/snorkeling
- beaches
- food/wine
- entertaintment
- big/small/intimate
- season/time of year
Too many ??????????? to start.
It's the same as the question "which European city for a city break" or which part of Australia is best for sightseeing. ;-)
Just provide some details - I am sure you get a lot of advise.

My choices would be
1) Seychelles - depending on how many days, can split stay between 2 or 3 islands (as Mahe, Praslin, La Digue)... if you have a large budget there is North Island. Prices tend to be high, but worthwhile IMHO. There are a number of threads on this forum of people who have visited. Also check Trip Advisor Forums under Seychelles.
You can also check Trip Adviser for reviews and input regarding the other areas/islands you mention. All have pros/cons.
2) Phuket - besides their beaches, spend a few days in/around Bangkok, with most interesting culture. Good value for the money and wide range from which to choose.
While you can have massages at lux resort spas, paying $50+up, on the beach you can get this for $5-10 that are just as good if not better.
Good idea to pick-up some guidebooks re these places and do your own evaluation for which best suits your needs.
Good luck.
