We are actually flying into JNB from JFK on Aug. 24 and depart on Sept. 6, so we are almost on the same schedule. Funny!
We are working through CCAfrica and so far they have been easy to work with. We'll be staying in Pretoria for 2 nights, then to the Ngala Walking Safari in Kruger for 3 nights, then to Stone Camp, Mkhaya Game Reserve in Swaziland for 2 nights, 3 nights at Hluhluwe River Lodge and 3 nights in Cape Town. I priced the itinerary myself last night and it was exactly the same as if I had booked it all myself piece by piece.
I hope this helps even though we are only going to 2 countries. Let me know if you need more info.

I would recommend at this stage working with an agent who has access to availability at various camps, it is quite hard work to do it yourself and an expert will often be able to advise you based on their experience. I use Nicky at www.eyesonafrica.net . But others on the forum have made many other recommendations.
