There are so many possibilities but few if any non-stops. This is a very broad question, what in particular are you looking for?

From JFK in NYC, Egypt Air has a non stop to CAI International Airport. Otherwise you can take lines such as KLM (or Delta the partner) to AMS and then on to CAI from there.
Any other airline flying to Europe probably has a connecting flight to CAI from their main hub city.

We usually switched between Lufthansa (DC-Frankfurt-Cairo) and Austrain (DC-Vienna-Cairo). You can also go thru either Paris or London. We did the Paris connection a couple of times.

Egypt Air is the national air carrier and offers flights from many destinations. If you are traveling from Europe, USA, South America, and from countries in the Southern Hemisphhere, you should consult your travel agent for available flights. If traveling from Israel, Jordan and other Middle Eastern bordering countries, you may cross the borners with road transport and ferries.

Hi Jack. Take a non-stop flight (either Egypt Air or Delta), it's much better than a transit flight somewhere in Europe. Transit flights wastes a lot of time and luggages usually are delayed. I speak from experience. Enjoy your stay in Egypt.

Hmm, I'm not sure from USA, but I can say from the UK if that helps.

I've just returned from my holiday to Sharm El Sheikh, which I booked through Directline Holidays, and I took a flight which takes about 4.5 hours.
I wouldn't recommend taking a flight with changes, as the added time tends to drag, especially as there was minimal in the airports.

We flew to Cairo earlier this year and elected to fly from IAD to Frankfort to Cairo on United/Lufthansa. Prefer to connect in Europe rather than in the US, especially JFK because of air traffic congestion delays that frequently occur between DC & NYC. Oh, and I'll do ANYTHING to avoid connecting in Atlanta.

<<Oh, and I'll do ANYTHING to avoid connecting in Atlanta.>>

Same for Chicago and JFK!

We always went thru Dulles (IAD) and then either thru Vienna or Frankfurt. So much easier.
