Movenpick also has private docking at Crocodile Island. Their resort (Jolie Ville) is also here. It's a short shuttle bus (resort provided) or inexpensive taxi ride (5-7/min) outside of Luxor proper where boats tie-up at the Nile bulkhead

I just got back from Egypt (was there in September) and we were on the Oberoi Philae. LOVED it! The cabins, while not huge, are very comfortable (and I think bigger than on some other boats), the bathrooms are tiny but you can get by. The public areas are fantastic and the level of food and service is really amazing. The best part for us was having a balcony, which you could sit on and watch the Nile sail by, how cool is that? Most of the boats do not have balconies and that was a big factor for us. Also, the Philae benefits from private dockings everywhere, so no climbing over other cruise boats to reach the shore - a huge issue in Luxor where it seemed boats were lined up 3 and 4 deep. My parents and other family who I was traveling with all thought the cruise was the highlight of our Egypt trip. So if you are considering the Philae, go for it. We stayed on Deck 2 which is higher up and gives a nice view of the water. All shore excursions were included, and the Philae had organized several guides, so the passengers were broken up into small groups of 12-14 people and each group had its individual minibus and guide just for us.

The Oberoi has another ship called the Zahra. It's supposed to be even more posh than the Philae but is very expensive as it's all suites. If your budget stretches to that, I'd say go for it, but if not, the Philae is a really good option.
