Have you checked the plunge pool? ;)

It appears he is no longer a Fodorite. Clicked on his name and it/he no longer exists

Looks like his account was locked, banned or deleted. One cannot delete an account, so it is safe to assume this happened on the admin side....

Here is a copy and paste of Ken's message (he emailed me) to you folks who apparently miss his presence.

"Sniktawk has asked me to respond on his behalf as he is no longer a user of this forum:

“ Andy Biggs is wrong (nothing new ), you can cancel your membership and I did, it is as simple as logging in and removing your profile. I did this following the continued decisions of the forum administrators to delete interesting threads most notably “Guide Shot in Chitabe” and “ Zambia for Sale ”. In subsequent correspondence they were unable to provide a reason for these deletions. Not wishing to get this thread deleted I will add nothing further, but I am sure that those who posted to these threads will remember that certain posts could have been considered as offensive to those who do not wish the truth to be known. I am sorry if you miss me but there you go, it cannot be that bad, I am sure the usual suspects will carry on abusing one another. Obviously I continue to monitor the site for interesting trip reports but I will not contribute any further”"

Enjoy - that's what he wanted to say.

He is also going away on safari soon to Botswana. He seems pretty excieted from the sounds of it..... I sure Pippa/Divine etc etc.,wish him a good safari and happy travels.....

I think the rule is ghosts can read but they can't write unless they get a ghost writer - no?

Do you need a TA to find a ghost buster? This first timer wants to know if it's costly and how far ahead do you have to book.
LOL

Yes you and Snik seem to have shared a real bond, almost seemed as though you were of one mind sometimes :-)) Ted
