Either Lemosho or Machame. They meet up about halfway through, so the second half is the same.

Well I would use the Marangu route, it is less tiresome, so it accommodates my unfitness and less rocky. Basically you just hike all the way to the top

we used lemosho road and 3 of us reached the summit so possibly it will even be good for you.
