What to do in Victoria Falls

We are staying two nights in Victoria Falls at the Royal livingstone. We arrive early after noon first day. Just wondering can we book a tour when we get there. I have not really planned any activities. Thought we might take a game drive and maybe a boat tour. Can we book that at this hotel when we arrive ? Any other recommnedations ?

We were at Sussi & Chuma almost a month ago. We were able to arrange everything at the lodge once we arrived - two activities per day were included in our room rate, but they even arranged for our elephant ride. The only game drive available was at Mosi-oa-Tunya - very limited wildlife there but you do get to see the rhino. A sunset cruise on the Zambezi is a must - we went out in a small boat operated by the lodge, so it was a nice, intimate ride. What I would highly recommend is doing the elephant back safari with Zambezi Elephant Trails. The chance to closely interact with the ellies was terrific. (This was not amongst the included activities.) This one I would recommend booking in advance as the rides seem to be very popular.
