Patty - have you tried audio books? I got hooked on them doing road trips in the U.S. Then I branched out: listened while commuting, doing housework, and cooking. Now I buy them on-line. Then I can burn them to disks and/or download onto my iPod. I even found some audio walking tours that I used when I was in Italy.

No, not really. I think I have only listened to one book, Rebekkah--years ago. But that is a good idea as I do have to drive some distances! Also could listen instead of reading on the treadmill, although I do like that. Thanks for the suggestion.

My ordered books have started arriving so that I can luxuriate in trip preparations! Glad I have some time. Started The Source on the treadmill today. O Jerusalem and Abraham also arrived. More to come. I'll have to enlist my husband to read some!

Update: So far for our trip to Israel in April, I have read The Source, O Jerusalem, and almost through Blood Brothers. Wow--what perspectives. I have Abraham and will order the others. Thanks again for everyone's input. Patty
