Weekend in Morocco--been there before so need new ideas!

I'll be in Rabat, Fez and Casa for work for two weeks in December and want to spend the weekend exploring a bit. I've been to Marrakech, Fez and Meknes and frequently travel to Rabat and Casa. Went on the 'route des roses' through the oases about 20 years ago but not since. Looking for recommendations for a Sat-Sun relaxing weekend. I'll be alone or with another female colleague. Thinking about a seaside or Mediterranean town (which one?) or maybe skiing in Atlas, if there is snow.

Yes there is snow at this time, so i would suggest Essaouira for chilling out, and for skiying i would recommend going to Oukaymden it's a wonderful place around Marrakech area.

Pretty magical historic place for me good temps

Very much off the beten path.

High Atlas prety cold in winter dress warm

Expect to freeze at night.. so might take a passon that.
