Want a group tour to Morocco

Hi
I'm almost always an independent traveler, but I'm contemplating taking a trip to Morocco and I think I'd prefer a group tour.
My criteria (it's a wish list, compromises may well have to be made :) )

7-9 days including overseas travel days

Great English-speaking guide.
Small group (under 15, preferably 10 and under)
must include at least a couple of days in Fes

My interests are culture and history, including, but not limited to, Jewish history.

A little shopping is always welcome, but I don't want to spend significant time on a short trip going to the tour agent's brother-in-law's rug store.

at least a daytrip visit to Volubilis is high on my options list
Casablanca not particularly important, though flying in and out or one day, is okay. Chefchouen is a place I'd love to see, but I'm not seeing that offered as an option in itineraries I've seen so far.

Some free time every day, or at least some periods of optional activities during the trip, would be very welcome to me.

Travel February through May.

I would prefer upscale hotels, as opposed to very budget-minded.
Of course I'd prefer to not throw money away, but if the trip costs $2500-$4000 that would be doable for me for this trip.

We spent 8 days in Morocco and planned the majority of the trip with Blue Men of Morocco (www.bluemenofmorocco.com). There were four of us, so we actually planned a private tour. We loved our driver Zaid, and really liked the riads we stayed in that they recommended. We actually did Marakkech, the Sahara and Fez - we loved it all. I am Jewish and our guides were very helpful in taking us through the Jewish quarter and giving us history (It was really heartwarming as they talked about how Morocco mourned when so many Jews left when the new state of Israel starting calling for Jews to come).

I believe their minimum for most group tours is 6, not sure what their maximum is, but hopefully this is a start.

It's a wonderful suggestion and I will contact them, but I'd have to see if they have groups already scheduled that I could join.
Thanks for the lead; others are welcome.

You might want to try the Trip Advisor forum. The Morocco forum there is a bit more active then the one here.
