Walking Safaris in South Africa

My husband and I are planning a trip to S. Africa at the end of August and are currently trying to book a walking safari. We are most interested in Transfrontiers Wildlife Walking Safaris. Has anyone heard of them and/or used them? They have 3 different options, 4/5/6 day safaris. The 6 day is currently booked so we are looking to combine the 4 & 5 day safari into 8 days (1 day overlaps). Is this too long in Greater Kruger (Klaserie & Timbavati)? We've been on safari before in Tanzania, but it was only for 3 nights (2 in Serengeti & 1 in Ngorogoro Crater) after Kilimanjaro.

Anyone else have any walking safari recommendations? FYI, we are trying to keep costs down.

We'll be there from Aug. 24 - Sep. 6. Thanks.
