If arriving at Vic Falls, they give the Visa upon arrival. You hand over USD$30 and you're on your way.

If, however, you will be going into Botswana (no Visa required) and then back to Zimbabwe, you'll need a double-entry Visa at Vic Falls - this is an additional USD$15.

But do check these prices - they can change. Otherwise the process is very simple.

If arriving in Harare - don't know the procedure there - you'd have to check with Zim Embassy or Consulate or there is a site that provides Visa information for countries around the world (sorry don't have it available).
