trying to remember - volunteering to take medical supplies to Africa?

Hi all

I thought I posted this a few days ago, but evidently it didnt "Take"....here goes again.

Friends of ours are going to Tanzania in August (and we don't fit in their luggage ) and are interested in things they can do/take to help out. I seem to remember from around the time we were planning our trip that there is an organization that arranges for volunteers to be couriers for medical supplies past their use-by dates? That you contact them, they give you the package, and they meet you on arrival and collect it?

Does anyone know anything about this type of organization, or am I just imagining it?

Thanks for continuing good advice from all on the board!
