Update: girls arrived home from Mozambique safe and sound after 2.3 years in the Peace Corps.

The morning they left, the entire village walked with them 1 hour to the river and stood on the banks singing songs as they were paddled across one last time to hitch a ride from Mambone back to civilization. They heard the voices singing until they were so far away they couldn't hear any more.

I had to scroll up to the top of the thread to recheck your age. You are in great shape-both in appearance and in energy/flexibility/moxie.
