Tree climbing python video Tarangire
 
We were in Tarangire on our first safari looking at a tightly coiled python in a tree. One of out party sees something on the ground. This is what happens next...

Cool. all done with no hands, feet or claws, no less. Amazing. How big was this fellow?

Amazing snake. Thanks Netwarrior. Did it climb the tree where the other snake was coiled up?

Good question.
It looked about 4 foot on the ground and about 12 foot extended going up the tree! So I would guestimate about 6 feet.

Hi Nyamera

It climbed up the next tree along.
Interestingly enough 2 1/2 years later we saw another python up a tree in near enough the same spot!
