Travel in Morocco
Has anyone been on Overseas Adventure Travel in Morocco or Jewish Explorations to the same.

OAT has an A+ rating with the BBB. However they have a long history of being less than forthright with customer service issues. The BBB website has numerous complaints about this and you can see the dialogue between the consumer and the company on the website and I must say I’m not too pleased with the company’s responses in some cases. I saw another website about consumer affairs where their rating is not very good. I remember on this website years ago there were complaints about them and about Grant Circle tours whom they are affiliated with and the core of the complaints Was the same. They do not follow up well with customer service issues. If things go well they’re great though a bit expensive but when problems arise they don’t seem to rise up to the challenge. |

I traveled to Thailand with OAT back in the late 90s. I swore I would never travel with them again (for a number of reasons), but I have friend who likes them. Although mostly because they often waive the single supplement.
