Looking to get some GOOD traditional cuisine in Cape Town. Any recommendations?

I have been twice to Cape Town, and both times I had dinner at Bismilah (sp?), a Cape Malay restaurant on Wale Street -- very inexpensive and very tasty. I have also had dinner at Cape Colony, the restaurant in the Mount Nelson, and it was pricey and excellent. Also had dinner at Mama Africa, touristy but lots of different African dishes.

We ate at Imvelo which is on the V&A Waterfront. It is in the top floor of one of the complexes and had a traditional Xhosa menu. They had buffet which was interesting. Try the African beer samples.
