Coming off a cruise at Port Said for 1 day.
We are going to visit the Pyramids/Sphinx and afterwards either -

take a traditional fellucca boat ride on the Nile
or
Visit the Antiquities Museum

Can anyone advise what they think would be better, bearing in mind the time constraints and having to get back to the ship

I'm not sure what your time constraints are but while a fellucca is an interesting sailboat it would basically be riding a boat on the river, even if it's the Nile. But the museum, that's history, and it's unique. It will certainly make you appreciate the organization that goes into our museums. But nowhere else will you see so many antiquities and no where else will you be as amazed at seeing what man was capable of creating, as well as seeing what he valued.

We've done both and it's the museum hands down.

Museum x 1000! King Tut's things were amazing. I cannot imagine how they all fit in his tomb.

Sakkara or Memphis or Egyptian Museum will be good to safe your time due to cairo traffic is very bad
