Tour recommendations for Egypt

I am planning a tour to London and Egypt with my two teenage daughters this summer. Any experience with "Travel in Style...Masters of the Mediterranean" from San Francisco?
Any pointers?
Any suggestions for good and inexpensive travel insurance?
Jet lag remedies?
Electrical adapters?

Electrical adapters can be purchased in any department store (Target, Wal-mart, etc.). You'll need a converter, too. They are usually packaged together, although your hair dryer may have a 110/220 switch. My advice is..if you can go without your hair dryer, etc. it's best, although teenage girls may not agree!! Most of the time the adapter works okay. Sometimes, they don't stay in the wall plug (probably old).

Jet lag rememdies...We took a sleep aid (Tylenol PM) on the longest leg of the journey and were able to sleep for 4-5 hours. That really helped! We arrived in Cairo late afternoon and went to bed early and got 12 hours of sleep the first night. We felt fine the rest of the trip.

Have a great trip!!
