Video Camera
Planning on a June 2007 vacation to Egypt.
Any problems encountered video taping the
sights.

No problem, except you will pay a premium to videotape in certain areas.

Lots of sights restricted video cameras or charged surcharges, some restricted all camera use. Some sights and museums make you check your camera at the door. They gave us a number and we didn't have any trouble retrieving it. We did pop out the memory card just in case...

That is an excellent suggestion re memory cards - you can always buy a new camera, but never replace those photo memories! Thanks for the advice.
