Thomson Safaris to Tanzaniz

Just wondered if anyone had any experience booking a safari with Thomson Safaris in Massachusetts. How were they to work with? How were the accommodations? Especially how were the guides and the vehicles?

My son and I went on Thomson's family safari in the summer of 1998. It was wonderful and I would recommend them without reservation. Our guide, Nasibu Mshana was knowledgeable, personable; everything you could ever want in a guide. I am well-traveled but I still consider my trip to Tanzania far and away my favorite. I was also impressed by how Thomson's treats their employees. After five years, every guide gets an expense paid trip to the US. They seems particularly culturally sensitive as well. If you want any specifics about our trip please e-mail me at [email protected]. But do it after the 15th, because I am leaving for Japan in a few hours. Lorraine
