The Zami Pillow

I ordered this pillow and it came yesterday. I have blown it up and I THINK it is going to be the best thing ever for coach overnight flights! I have always used a neck pillow which helps, but I always wish there was just a little more room so I could lay my head on the seat back tray, as it just seams like it would be more comfortable. My next overnight flight is in November from ATL to JNB. I will definitely report back on it, but wondering if anyone else has used this thing as I don't remember ever hearing about it til last week. The website is

www.thezami.com.

Look at it. I think somebody has a great idea!! BTW - I have no affiliation with this company at all, just passing on what I think might be a good thing and helpful for those of us that have to fly in the back most of the time!!

Very interesting..let us know how it works out when you use it.

I once saw a pillow shaped like a wedge to put on the tray but it was bulky.

This looks interesting, especially for my almost 6 ft teenager.

Not yet - I fly to Joburg on 11/29. I will say that at this point I think it is going to be my new favorite thing! I get back mid December and I will report back then. It only took about 1 week to get to me. They shipped it the day after I ordered it.

In economy I often sleep with head inhands resting on the table, becasue even with the neck pillow, my neck gets out of whack. This would be pretty cool, thanks for the tip.

I just wanted to report back that this pillow was good. I think I expected it to be the best thing since sliced bread, which it wasn't, but it was good. I did have to swap directions some as my neck would stiffen up, and it is hard to get it blown up all the way (awkward plugs let air leak quickly prior to sealing), but I did like it overall.

I used this pillow in November for a red-eye flight and I was fairly pleased and I slept the whole way. It took a few minutes to get it fully inflated and then I found crossing my arms over it and laying my head on top was totally comfortable. It is a little heavy but I will definitely take it to Africa. My husband was not at all interested in even trying it as he likes to let his head flop so analyze how you like to sleep.
