Tel Aviv or Nile Cruise

I am considering one of two tours that cover Israel, Egypt and Jordan. The main difference is that one includes a 4-night cruise of the Nile, and the other doesn't include the Nile but does include 2 nights in Tel Aviv and 1 in Haifa. If anyone has done both, I'd appreciate input as to which one might be a "don't miss."

About four years ago I took a tour of both Egypt and Israel. If I had to choose, I would take the Nile cruise. What you get to see in Egypt is just overwhelming in terms of architecture, history and culture.

Just spent 5 weeks touring. The highlite was definitely the Nile Cruise.

I am not answering you question because I have not done both BUT, I think the overall sense of Egypt would be hard to get without cruising the Nile. It was just the quintisential part of the qhole trip and tied everything together perfectly.
