taxi from Jerusalem to Hebron, with a stop
 

I want to arrange a taxi to drive us from Jerusalem to the Jewish area of Hebron. We want to stop en route to visit Rachel's Tomb. So, the driver would have to pick us up in Jerusalem, drive to Rachel's tomb, wait for us about 30 minutes there, and then drive us to Hebron. (We do not need a return drive from Hebron; just one way). Can someone tell me what a fair price for this service would be? I know I will have to negotiate with a driver. But having an idea of the fair price will help me to avoid getting taken advantage of. Thank you.
