Supplements and drugs in the middle east

Hi I have to go to Bahrain on a business trip and was wondering if it is ok to take my herbal medicines? I take products for keeping my colon free of parasites http://www.novadetox.co.uk/acatalog/...e-cleanse.html im wondering if any of the ingredinets in this product would cause a problem, or if taking products such as these what are essentaly non dscript powder in capsules a problem. I just dont want the headache of customs not beliving it is what it says on the tin, an advice from any one with exsperiance please reply. thanks

Best advice would come from the Bahrain website.

However, in most instances, except for narcotics, OTC (which herbals would be) meds for personal use are permitted. And if only for a short period of your stay not an issue.

I've never declared personal meds on arrival anywhere. Just collect bags and on my way.
