Nature Photography magazine has an article in the Summer 2005 edition about the South Luangwa
National Park. Y'all may be interested in reading it.

mpkp,

Thanks for sharing this information. I picked up a copy of Nature Photography (and I also have been purchasing many photography magazines).

Currently, I am reading a helpful book, "Moose Peterson's Guide To Wildlife Photography" (by Moose Peterson. It is about a 200 page book, packed with not only instruction, but also with plenty of his wildlife photos, many of the same subject taken with different lenses or at different settings. Although his subject matter is mostly North American mammals, the principle is the same as it would be for African wildlife.

Lin,

The book entirely focuses on Digital Photography. So far I have found it to be a very good guide, although I am only about 1/4 complete with the book.

I also just recently purchased a very helpful video that entirely focuses on the Canon 20d. This has been very helpful. Whatever camera that you have I suggest you do a Google search for your camera name and add the word DVD to your search, and chances are there is an instruction video out there.
