Singita - Who has been?
My husband and I are very interested in going to Singita. A few questions:

1. Best time to go (weather/animal viewing?)
2. How long to stay? (Will we get bored?)
3. Difference between Boulders & Ebony?
4. Other not to miss destinations we could tie in - Cape Town, Sechylles etc.

THANK YOU!

We visited Seychelles, Mauritius and Zanzibar and Zanzibar would be my choice #1, then Mauritius. I would forget Seychelles. It is overpriced and not as great as some people say. There are many other places much better than Seychelles

Mary,

My husband and I will be staying at Singita next February. Everything that I have read about it has been outstanding. Singita is a member of the Relais Chateaux group along with Londolozi (we are staying there also!) in the Kruger area. The first link below is their official website, the second is a site that showed a lot of pictures of Singita when I was researching.

http://www.singita.com/

http://www.bluedtravel.com/singita/

The travel agent we booked through was Africa-Adventure Company. They came HIGHLY recommended to us by several people. The owner has traveled extensively throughout Africa and has written several guides.

On his website http://www.africa-adventure.com/index01.html you can find several useful tips, such as best times to view game in which parks, etc.

Pam
