Serengeti wildebeest & weather

On the way into the Serengeti on the 20 Feb we did a left towards Ndutu. The way to Ndutu was very green with loads of Tommies. Ndutu itself was quite dry. Around Nabi & Simba kopjes it was very green with loads of wildies heading South East. Seronera was very dry but heavy rain at lunch time. Three days at Lobo looking very green & showers loads of animals & wildies with young. I never expected wildebeest at that time of year.

Then 2 days at Mbalageti in the west again more wildies with young. Very green like a golf course. Heavy rain in the evening with a beautiful rainbow. On the way out 26 Feb long lines of wildies still heading South east around the nabi hill area. Loads of animals North, west & South Serengeti & very fat Lions.
