Sept. weather in Botswana

Can anyone give me an idea of the weather in Botswana during the last two weeks in September? I've heard the mornings can be "chilly" but that is a relative term - how cold is "cold" on the morning and late evening game drives in Okavango and Chobe? Will gloves and scarves still be needed? How hot is "hot" in the afternoon? Also, what about the potential for rain? Thanks for the help!

Botswana has temperatures around 56F in the early morning and it warms up to about 85 - 90F in the afternoon. Need a warm but easily removed and carried jacket if you are planning anything that is all day. If you are working in C degrees that's about 12C - 30C. Hope that helps. Have a grand trip!

Thanks, Karen, that is helpful. If you know, should I be concerned about rain? I'd love to leave my umbrella at home!
